The biosphere pool was stunning, providing a tropical escape, though it was slightly crowded at times. The spa was just okay and I think I could find better value elsewhere for massages.

On the downside, the suite I stayed in felt dated, and there were cleanliness issues that detracted from my experience. Overall, while I enjoyed the beauty of the resort, I found the room quality not quite reflective of the high price. 🌄🏨
